Khojex is a discovery platform, not a service provider. Experts listed on Khojex operate independently, and any service agreement, pricing, payment or transaction is directly between you and the expert. Khojex is not a party to these transactions.
About Khojex
Khojex helps you discover local experts and services. Information listed about each expert — including their name, category, location, contact details and photos — is provided by the experts themselves or their authorised representatives.
Your dealings with experts
When you contact, engage or pay an expert found through Khojex, you enter into an agreement directly with that expert. Khojex does not collect, hold or process payments on their behalf, does not charge commission on services you book, and does not supervise or guarantee the quality, safety, legality or outcome of any service.
Accuracy of listings
We take reasonable steps to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free. Please verify details such as pricing, availability and credentials directly with the expert before engaging them.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Khojex lawfully and respectfully — not to misrepresent yourself, scrape or misuse listing data, harass experts or other users, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khojex is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings with experts, including any services rendered, payments made or disputes arising between you and an expert.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Khojex after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
